Shipping policy
Order Processing
We appreciate your order! All online orders are normally processed and shipped within 3-5 business days depending on the season. Please allow 5-7 business days during peak sales events and holidays for your order to be processed and shipped. We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. All orders that have shipping addresses that do not match billing address will be subject to a hold for verification. To assure prompt and on time delivery your shipping and billing addresses match or you will be asked to verify your address. All orders are securely processed by Shopify.com
Full credit card billing address must match the full address of the shipping. We cannot accept orders addressed to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please note that we only ship out Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holidays.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and (an additional 7-10 business days for Ground or 2 business days for 2-Day Air) for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
Shipping is calculated based on the weight and distance from our facility.
Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
Shipping to Canada
Shipped via either UPS, DHL, and USPS.
All Canadian customers will be responsible for paying any import duties and any additional fees or taxes once a shipment reaches Canada. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer.
